Important Disclaimer Regarding auto-generated Content and Property Data:

Locium utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated tools to provide certain functionality, including but not limited to:

  • Image Generation and Editing: Features such as AI virtual staging, object removal, sky replacement, and other image enhancements.
  • Property Research: Automated gathering and summarizing of public property records, lot details, and tax information.
  • Listing Copy AI: Generative AI models that create property descriptions, social media captions, and related marketing text.

NO LIABILITY FOR INACCURACIES: Locium does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by these intelligent features or automated research tools. AI models can hallucinate, produce factual errors, or generate inappropriate or unexpected results. Property data may be outdated or incorrect.

USER RESPONSIBILITY: It is entirely the responsibility of the User to independently verify, review, and approve all auto-generated content (including images, text, and property data) before utilizing it for any commercial purpose, marketing, or public display. Locium is strictly not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the auto-generated data or content.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Service, render the Service inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Service or the Content.
