  • NewSwitch a media type to list view on the Delivery tab and you'll see, under each file, the name it will get under your file naming rules (for example P_12 Smith Street_01.jpg). An Apply names button in that section renames those files in one click, and that name is what your client downloads. Nothing changes until you click it, and the naming rules themselves live in Settings, then Delivery.
  • NewSee an order's delivered media as a list. On the Delivery tab, each type of media (photos, videos, floor plans and so on) now has a grid or list switch. The list shows every file's name with a small preview, its size and when it was uploaded, and you can still tick files, drag them into order, preview them and delete them. Locium remembers the view you picked for each type.
  • ImprovedThe Delivery tab now gives your media the full width of the page. Change requests and delivery history have moved into side panels that open from buttons at the top. A number on the Change Requests button, and on the Delivery tab itself, shows how many requests nobody has picked up yet, so a new one is hard to miss.
  • ImprovedWhen a client asks for changes to a whole order rather than one photo or video, the Open button in Action Required now takes you straight to that order's Change Requests panel.

  • FixedA raw camera file that ended up among the finished photos showed as an empty grey tile. It now shows its picture like every other shot, so a gallery never has blank gaps in it.
  • FixedCancelling an order now tells the photographer who was booked for it. Everyone rostered on the job gets the cancellation, not just the person who took the booking.
  • ImprovedLinks in your notifications now open in your own part of Locium. Whether you're staff, a photographer or a client, clicking through from an alert or an email takes you to the right page for you instead of one you can't open.

  • FixedBig batches of raw photos no longer fail on slower internet connections. Dropping in a hundred or more files at once could make most of them fail after a few minutes. They now go up a few at a time and all finish.
  • ImprovedUploads now ride out a dropped connection. If your wifi drops, your laptop goes to sleep or the connection blips, every upload pauses where it is, a banner lets you know, and it carries on by itself once you're back online. Nothing is lost and nothing needs redoing. While files are uploading, Locium also keeps your screen from going to sleep and warns you before you close the tab.
  • ImprovedDropping the same folder in again now only uploads what's missing. Files already on the order are recognised and skipped before anything is sent, so you never end up with doubles, and any file that does fail has a Retry button. Raw camera files can no longer be sent as a finished deliverable by mistake.
  • ImprovedWhen a client asks to move or cancel a shoot from their calendar invite, the order is now flagged Action Required, with their message and the next step shown at the top of the order and in your Action Required list, so the request can't slip by. The flag clears by itself once you reschedule or cancel that appointment or the order, or you can mark it Handled.
  • ImprovedSearching All Orders now finds cancelled and archived orders too, each marked with its status, so a cancelled order no longer looks like it has vanished.
  • ImprovedLocium is ready for the end of card surcharges in Australia on 1 October 2026. You can no longer pass Stripe's card fee on to your clients at checkout, so a client paying an invoice by card pays exactly the invoice total. Your billing settings explain the change and link to the Reserve Bank's FAQ.

  • NewPut more than one team member on a shoot. When you add or edit an appointment on an order, tick everyone who's going, whether that's a photographer plus a videographer or a second shooter for a big property. Each person gets the new-job alert, the appointment goes onto their connected Google or Outlook calendar and shows in their own Locium calendar, and your Schedule shows it in every attendee's column with a note of who else is on the job. Dragging one person's copy on the Schedule swaps just that person, and the rest of the team stays on the booking.
  • FixedOn a proof with more than one page, the Approve button could look broken. It stayed greyed out because a page hadn't been opened yet, and the reason was easy to miss at the bottom of the sign-off. Your client now sees how many pages are left to check, with a button that takes them straight to the next one, and the sign-off explains it up front before anything else.

  • NewShare a folder of raw files with anyone by link. On an order's Production tab, every raw folder, whether it's a product's own folder or one you made, now has a share button that creates a private link, no login needed. Whoever has the link can see the files in that folder and download them one by one, and you can turn the link off at any time, which stops it working straight away. Only your team can create these links, and the address, your logo and your business name appear on the page.
  • NewYou can now record a proof approval your client gives outside Locium. If they reply "approved" to your email or text, or tell you on the phone, open the proof, choose Record approval, pick who approved it and how, and add a screenshot of their message. It counts as approved, just as if they'd signed on their link. The artwork goes into the delivery, your client gets a copy by email, and the approval certificate shows who recorded it along with the screenshot. It's available to team members who can edit orders.
  • ImprovedWhen an order is locked until it's paid, your client now sees every photo and video clearly instead of blurred, and a bold banner at the top says payment is required before anything can be downloaded, with a Pay button showing the amount. Every download button on the page, and in the mobile app, becomes a Pay to download button that goes straight to payment. Viewing, sharing the listing link and requesting changes all keep working until the invoice is paid.

  • FixedOn a drone site plan, the text box of a point of interest now stays where you drop it. Before, it jumped back to where it started as soon as you let go.
  • ImprovedThe marker and the text box of a point of interest now move on their own. Drag the marker and its text stays put on the photo, with the leader line stretching between them. Drag the text and the marker stays put.
  • ImprovedDrone site-plan templates are now shared across your whole team. A template you save on any job shows up on every other job, whichever client it's for, and you can now save one on a job with no client attached. Templates you've already saved move over automatically.
  • FixedA paid order now looks paid on its Billing tab. The amount paid shows in green, the outstanding balance comes down to zero, and a green banner at the top says how the client paid (Stripe, bank transfer or Xero), when they paid, and links to the Stripe receipt. Before, an order paid by card could still show the full amount as owing.
  • FixedAn order whose invoice was voided or refunded no longer looks unpaid on its Billing tab. The status reads Void, the outstanding balance is zero, and a refunded order shows the date the Stripe refund went through. Before, the full amount still showed as owing in red.
  • FixedA voided or cancelled invoice can no longer be marked paid or sent again. The Manually Log Payment and Send via Email buttons don't appear on it, and a payment logged twice by a double click only counts once. Before, one click on a waived invoice recorded a bank transfer nobody made and marked the invoice paid again.
  • FixedWhen a client has Content Locked switched on, their downloads now wait until the invoice is paid on every new booking, even if their agency's Auto-Lock Downloads setting is off. Before, the agency setting quietly overrode the client's, so they could download before paying.
  • FixedWatermarked photos wait for payment too. While an order is locked until paid, the web-size and full-size watermarked copies can't be downloaded. The watermarked preview on the listing page still shows.

  • FixedEvery piece of text on a drone site plan now comes through in the exported image in the font you picked. Text labels, info cards and feature captions used to quietly fall back to a stand-in font that was a different width, which also nudged wrapping and box sizes out of place. Glows and drop shadows now make it into the export too, so what you see on the canvas is what you get in the file.

  • NewProofs: send signboards, brochures, flyers and other print artwork to your client for sign-off, separate from the photo delivery. Your client opens a personal link, no password needed, and marks up anything that needs changing with a pin, circle, box, arrow or pen, or types a text change. Then they approve, request changes or reject. Find it on each order's new Proofs tab and under Proofs in the menu. Clients see all their proofs under Proofs in their portal.
  • NewApproving a proof is a proper sign-off. Your client ticks a short checklist, reads that any error found after approval is theirs, including reprints, and types their name. Locium records who approved, when, from where and exactly which file, emails them a copy, and locks the approved version.
  • NewEvery change your client marks becomes a numbered to-do. Tick each one Done, or say why it won't be done, then send the next version. Your client sees what happened to every request. They can also approve with changes, so small fixes don't need another round.
  • NewApproved artwork goes straight into the order's delivery, and your client can download the print-ready file, after payment if the order is locked until paid. Until then, proof previews carry a light PROOF watermark.
  • ImprovedPDF proofs show every page, with trim and bleed guides read from the file. Set the watermark, the sign-off checklist and wording, reminders, and an optional charge for changes after approval in Settings, Graphics Proofing.
  • NewProofs now show exactly what changed. When you send a new version, anything that differs from the version your client last saw is highlighted in pink. They can also swipe between the two versions or view them side by side. New pages and pages that changed size are labelled.
  • NewEvery approved proof now comes with an approval certificate. It's a PDF that records who approved, when, from which device, the checklist and wording they agreed to, and a fingerprint of the exact file. It's attached to your client's approval email, and you can download it from the proof at any time.
  • NewAn AI check reads your artwork before your client sees it. It compares the artwork with the order: agent mobile numbers, emails, names, the property address, and any date printed with the wrong day of the week. A mistyped mobile shows up as a likely typo, with the right number beside it, and you're warned before you send. You can switch it off in Settings, Graphics Proofing.
  • NewYou can now ask your client for a code before they approve. Switch it on in Settings, Graphics Proofing. The approver gets a 6-digit code by email, which confirms the approval really came from them, and the certificate records it.
  • NewThere's a new Design production board for design and print work, with the stages Brief, In Design, With Client, Changes Requested and Approved. Jobs on it move along by themselves as the proof is sent, marked up and approved. To use it, set the product's category to Design & print.
  • FixedJobs that were cancelled or reassigned to someone else while your Google or Outlook calendar was disconnected now come off it when you reconnect. Before, they stayed on your calendar for good.
  • FixedTime blocks now stay in step with your Google or Outlook calendar, just like jobs. A block handed to someone else while your calendar was disconnected comes off it when you reconnect. Blocks you add or delete in your own settings reach your calendar straight away, and archiving a team member takes their upcoming blocks off their calendar.
  • FixedA job or time block you delete while your Google or Outlook calendar is disconnected now comes off your calendar as soon as you reconnect. Before, it stayed there for good.
  • FixedBlocking out days in your own settings now works. Add Block creates a real full day off on today's date in your company's timezone, and the name and dates you type save as you go instead of vanishing when you reload the page. Before, a new block was created empty — added early in the morning it even landed on yesterday — and any edit you made was lost.
  • ImprovedThe drone site-plan editor handles boundaries properly. Click a point to select it and delete it, double-click to curve a line and drag its handles, and press Esc to cancel while you're drawing. Uploaded images keep their own proportions instead of being squashed, and saving a template now stores the whole layout — shapes, positions, text, fonts, layers and branding — so applying it brings everything back.
  • NewPoints of interest on a drone site plan are now fully designable. Each one gets a text box you control — your own wording (over as many lines as you like), font, size, colour, left/centre/right alignment, rounded or square corners, fill colour and see-through level. Switch on a leader line and choose which of five points it leaves the box from, then drag the box and the marker independently so the line points exactly where you want. The marker can be a circle, square or diamond, or your own uploaded shape. Set a look as your default so every new point starts that way, and save it with your template to reuse on the next job.
  • FixedThe font you pick for a point of interest now comes through in the exported image. Before, exported labels quietly fell back to a stand-in font that was a different width to the one on screen.
  • FixedAn image you add to a drone site plan can be resized again. Its resize handles now wrap the image as soon as it appears, instead of collapsing into a dot you couldn't grab, and they keep hugging it after every resize.
  • FixedDirection lines on a drone site plan now come out of the export exactly as you drew them. A line that curved on screen used to export as straight zig-zags between its points.
  • ImprovedDirection lines on a drone site plan can be edited after you draw them, the same way boundaries can. Click a point to select it, drag it to move it, + adds a point, Backspace removes it, and double-click curves or straightens it.

  • FixedReconnecting your Google or Outlook calendar no longer adds a second copy of every upcoming job. Your existing events are updated where they are, on the calendar you chose. Connecting a different account, or disconnecting, now takes the upcoming jobs off the old calendar too, so nothing is left behind to go out of date. Past jobs stay put.
  • NewBooking form questions now have an on/off switch. Switch a question off while it isn't ready and it stays in your list, but it isn't asked on the booking form or in the pre-shoot follow-up. Switch all off does the whole list at once. Find it in Settings, Client Automation, and on each company's Booking Form tab.
  • NewDuplicate a booking form question in one click. The copy keeps its answer type, options and settings, so questions with similar answers don't need typing out again.
  • FixedResolving the last note on a marked-up video or photo now closes the change request properly. The order drops off Action Required, goes back to Delivered if it had already been delivered, and whoever asked for the change is told it's done. Before, the request showed as completed but the order stayed stuck under Action Required and nobody was told.
  • NewTwilights and virtual staging can now match another photo of the same property. In the Media Hub, choose Match a Shot and pick a finished twilight, and this photo gets the same sky, so every exterior reads as the same evening. On the Staging tab, pick a staged photo of the same room and this angle gets the same furniture.
  • NewRun a twilight or staging edit on several photos at once. Under Run on, choose Add photos and tick the shots you want. When they finish, a review sheet shows every new version side by side, and you can add them to delivered one at a time or all together.
  • ImprovedEvery AI twilight and staging edit now gets an automatic check against the original photo. If a wall, window, built-in or light has changed, you'll see a warning before you deliver it.
  • FixedReturning clients now see the Book your usual shortcut on your booking page. It wasn't appearing, so they had to pick their regular package and extras by hand every time. One tap now selects the package they book most often plus their two most frequent extras.
  • FixedAgreement signing links no longer look like a missing page to email security scanners and link previews. The signing page always opened for your client, but some inboxes and chat apps saw the link as broken, which could get it flagged or blocked before your client clicked it.
  • FixedPhotos coming back from eSoft no longer arrive twice. When one order had more than one eSoft job, such as the photos and a floor plan, each job pulled in every finished photo, so the same shot turned up as a second or third version you had to delete. Each job now brings back only its own files.
  • ImprovedFloor plans ordered from eSoft through the upload wizard now come back onto the order by themselves, just like the photos.
  • NewChoose how Locium works with eSoft: Upload only, Download only, or Upload & download. Upload only sends your RAWs to eSoft and leaves the finished files there. Download only is for orders you create in the eSoft portal: paste the order reference on the job and the finished files come back by themselves. Find it under Settings, Integrations, eSoft.
  • FixedRetouching a photo by marking it up works again. If you circled, boxed or drew on part of a photo in the Media Hub's Retouch tab, the edit failed with an error. Your marks now reach the editor, and the change stays inside the areas you marked. The same fix applies when a client marks up a photo in their Edit Hub.
  • NewStaff can now change an order's primary client. At the top of the order page, drag another client's initials onto the first circle, or open their card and choose Make primary. Any unpaid invoice moves to the new primary client, and the previous one stays on the job so they still get the photos.
  • NewVirtual staging can now work from your own reference image. In the Media Hub's Staging tab, choose Use a Reference, upload the exact item you want in the room, such as a framed print, a rug or a chair, and describe where it goes. Pick the same reference on every photo of a property and the item looks the same in every shot. Your references stay in your library for next time.

  • FixedDownloading all of a job's files at once works again. On a large order the download could stall, come down as an empty ZIP, or quietly leave files out, and while it ran photos elsewhere in Locium could fail to load or open. The download now fetches each file only as it is packed, so it finishes reliably and no longer slows down anyone else.
  • ImprovedThe upload wizard can now show just one person's jobs. Pick a photographer or team member at the top of the job list and you'll see only the shoots they're booked on, with a count beside each name. If you shoot jobs yourself, the wizard opens on yours.
  • ImprovedThe Pending Uploads list on the Production page can be narrowed to one person too, and the Open Upload Wizard button takes that choice with it.
  • ImprovedVideos in an order's Delivery tab now show their file name and upload time under the preview, so new renders and re-cuts are easy to tell apart.
  • NewVideo reviews can now include notes about the whole video, not just one moment. Switch the note box from the timecode to Whole video. Those notes sit at the top of the list and lead the change request the editor receives.
  • NewThe video review player has a full-screen button on phones and computers, and marks you draw stay on the exact spot you placed them at any screen size.

  • NewA company's booking form questions can now be dragged into the order clients will see them in, and edited in place. Change the wording, answer type, options or who a question applies to without deleting it and adding it again.
  • FixedOnline bookings go to a photographer again. Since yesterday's booking-page fix, a booking made by a client could land on nobody's calendar because the check for who was free was reading an old, empty availability table and treating everyone as unavailable. It now reads each photographer's saved working hours.
  • FixedA shoot can no longer be booked into a time it doesn't fit. Picking a time first and then adding services could leave the booking at a start time that ran past closing, with only a soft warning. The booking page now stops at that warning until you choose a time that fits, or ask for the time as a request, and the server refuses times that are not on the live list.
  • NewTimes a client asks for outside the live list now show under Action Required as "Time to confirm", with the requested time, so the office confirms or reschedules instead of finding it later.
  • FixedDownloading an invoice PDF from an order no longer bounces you to the login page. The Download PDF button on the order's invoice card was opening a page that needed you signed in again; it now saves the PDF straight from the order.
  • FixedCancelling an appointment from a phone works again. The confirmation used a browser pop-up that some phone browsers quietly block, so the button looked dead. It now asks in a message at the top of the screen with a Cancel appointment button. The Cancel Order panel also keeps its buttons on screen on short phones, and side panels are no longer squeezed to a narrow strip on tablets.
  • ImprovedEvery card on the Production board now names the item it is for, so three video jobs on one property no longer look identical, and the schedule and due date can be set on each item separately instead of moving the whole order. Due dates follow each product's turnaround time.
  • ImprovedThe staff calendar now flags when the drive between two jobs is longer than the gap between them, with how many minutes short it is, so the office can see at a glance which booking to shift.
  • ImprovedThe Action Required tab on the orders list can be narrowed to one kind of waiting item, such as change requests, video reviews or new files, each with its own count.
  • NewStaff can now set a client's login password straight from the client's Settings tab, so a locked-out client can be back in within a minute instead of waiting on a reset email.

  • FixedBooking a shoot now only offers times a photographer can actually take. The time picker had been counting everyone on the team, including editors and photographers who don't take online bookings, so a fully booked day could still show every slot as free and a booking could land on top of an existing shoot. Times now come only from photographers who have set their working hours, inside those hours, and each booking goes to a photographer who is genuinely free at that time.

  • FixedThe Raws tab on your property page shows your unedited photos again. When extra frames from your shoot were on offer for editing, the grid could come up as blank squares with only the file names showing, so there was no way to see what you were choosing. The photos now load as normal, so you can pick the ones you'd like professionally edited.

  • FixedThe Action Required count now matches what's listed under it. A search left in the box narrows the list but the tab still showed the full count, so you could see a number and an empty page. The count now follows your search and filters, and an empty result tells you what it couldn't match, with a one-click Clear search.
  • FixedA photo that fails to load once in the editing hub no longer stays broken. A momentary network hiccup could leave a perfectly good photo — usually one you'd just created with an AI edit — showing as a broken image for hours, and refreshing the page didn't shift it. The editor now quietly reloads the photo instead.

  • NewAction Required now tells you what to do. Anything that lands on an order and needs someone in the office — a final video back from the editor, edited photos back from Esoft, files uploaded by a photographer or editor, a change request from a client, an item flagged on a production board — now shows under Action Required with a plain-English line saying exactly what the next step is and a button straight to it. Hit Handled when it's done and the order drops back to its real status on its own.
  • FixedVideos coming back from an editor no longer hide in Quality Review. An order whose video was waiting for sign-off used to sit under In Production with nothing flagging it; it now lands in Action Required the moment the editor submits, with the editor's name, the item and the review deadline on it. Approving the video turns that line into “deliver it to the client”, and delivering clears it.
  • FixedOrders no longer get stuck on Action Required after the work is cleared. Once the last open item is dealt with, the order goes back to Scheduled, In Production or Delivered by itself.
  • ImprovedThe Action Required count on the dashboard, the tab on the orders list and the banner on the order page now all use the same rule, so they can't disagree with each other.
  • FixedOpening the upload wizard from an order now opens that order. Start Post-Production and Reupload / Add Extra on a delivered or completed order used to drop you on whichever order was first in the queue. The order you came from now sits pinned at the top of the wizard whatever its status or shoot date, and Back returns you to it.
  • FixedShoots booked over more than one date now show in the upload wizard on every one of those dates. An order with a second appointment added used to appear only under its latest date, so it went missing from Today on the earlier shoot day.
  • ImprovedThe Production board now has an Upload Wizard button on each job panel and on every job in the Pending Uploads list, taking you straight to that job's uploads.

  • NewA new guide on pricing real estate photography. How to work out what a delivered listing actually costs you once travel, editing and admin are counted, whether to charge for the drive, how to build packages that do some work, and the signs you're charging too little. It sits alongside the guides on shoot-day capacity, what to pay photographers and editors, and turnaround times.
  • ImprovedThe comparison pages now cover how the platforms stack up against each other, not only against us — Spiro against Aryeo, Tonomo against HDPhotoHub, and every other pairing. If you're shortlisting a few at once you can now do it on one page instead of four, with the same public sources cited throughout.

  • ImprovedWhat you're shooting is now the first thing you see when you open a job. Tapping into an order used to show a map, a status strip and a set of tabs before anything told you what the property was actually booked for — on a phone-width screen the service list was a dropdown and a scroll away. It now sits right under the address: every service on the job, with quantities and how many files are expected, plus how long you're on site.
  • ImprovedServices on a job now show the real numbers. A booking of three drone shots read as a single line called “Drone” — it now reads “3 × Drone Stills”, and each service carries its expected deliverable count. Items in a package sit indented under the package they came from.
  • ImprovedOn a job shared with another contractor, their items are now marked as theirs and dimmed — so a photographer can see at a glance which services are hers and which belong to the videographer.
  • ImprovedYour job list now spells out the whole booking, not just the first service. A shoot with photos, a video and a floor plan used to appear as only its first item.
  • ImprovedNotifications and emails now tell you what they're actually about. A cancelled order used to arrive as “Order #2451 cancelled” and nothing else — it now names the property, the client, who cancelled it, why, the shoot date it frees up, and any cancellation fee. The same goes across the board: new client alerts carry the company, role, phone and who added them; job assignments tell the photographer where, when, what they're shooting and whose it is; invoices list what's being charged for and when it's due; payment reminders name the property so an agent with a dozen open invoices knows which one it is.
  • ImprovedChange request updates now come with the reason. Being told a request was rejected, with no explanation and nobody's name on it, wasn't much use — the team's note now comes through with it, and completed requests name the updated file so you know which one to re-download.
  • FixedThe button on a delivery email now opens your gallery. It had been pointing at a page that no longer exists, so clicking it landed you on the website instead of your photos.
  • FixedLeaving feedback on a shoot with a photographer assigned no longer errors. The feedback was saved but the screen reported a failure.
  • FixedChat emails to the team now name the order and property in the subject line instead of all arriving as “New Message”.
  • FixedA photographer querying their payout now actually reaches the office. The query was recorded against the payout but no alert was ever sent, so it sat there unanswered.
  • FixedMonthly statements now greet each person by their own name and carry a button through to pay. Everyone on a company's billing list had been addressed by the first person's name.
  • ImprovedDelivery history now sits at the top of an order's Delivery tab, above change requests — so what's already gone out to the client, and when, is the first thing you see.
  • ImprovedMarking up a photo for your photographer or editor now opens as a full-width panel instead of a small pop-up. The pop-up left barely enough room to see the photo, let alone draw on it — you now pick the shot from a proper grid of thumbnails, and it opens as large as the screen allows with the drawing tools and your notes beside it. Viewing markup someone else left works the same way.
  • FixedPop-up windows now open at their proper width on a desktop. Anything meant to be wide — the booking wizard, blocking out time on the calendar, matching your products to your accounting software, managing API keys — had been squeezing itself into a narrow column about a third of the screen wide, leaving the contents cramped or cut off. They now open as wide as they were designed to. Phone and tablet were never affected.

  • FixedAn AI edit no longer files itself as a change request. Running a twilight, a retouch or a staging on one of your own photos was logging it as though the client had asked for a change, leaving a job on the order that nobody was ever going to action. An edit is now simply a new version of the photo.
  • NewAdd to Delivered. A generated version sits as a draft on the photo until you say so — compare it against the original in Variations, then Add to Delivered puts it in front of the client. On an order you haven't delivered yet it becomes the version that goes out when you do.
  • NewSave Draft in the AI tools now parks the edit you were setting up — the presets you ticked, what you typed, the sky and depth you chose, and any areas you marked. Come back to that photo and it's all still there, ready to run.
  • ImprovedEvery AI edit is now recorded on the order's activity log: who ran it, which tool, on which photo, and whether it was charged to the client.
  • ImprovedClosing the photo editor takes you back to the Delivery tab you came from, not the order overview.
  • FixedTwilight conversions no longer invent lighting the property doesn't have. The tool was adding garden and path lights, uplighting up the facade and glow around pools on homes with none of it — which made the photo a picture of a different house. It now relights only what's actually in the shot: no new fixtures, no light spill where nothing could cast it, no invented flare or reflections.
  • FixedThe Turn on Window Lights switch in Sky / Twilight now works. It had no effect at all — windows were lit on every run regardless of the setting. Turn it off and the glass stays dark, reflecting the dusk sky.
  • FixedSaving a prompt template in Settings → Agents now works. Writing one and pressing Save had been failing quietly — the prompt was never stored, and nothing on screen said so. Prompts you already had were never affected.
  • FixedYour saved retouch presets no longer turn up in the prompt template list. They're written and managed in the photo editor, so listing them a second time in Settings → Agents alongside the writing prompts was only confusing.
  • NewUse your own sky in a twilight. The Sky / Twilight tools now let you upload a sky you shot yourself — it replaces the sky in the photo and matches the light to suit, and it stays as a thumbnail you can pick again on every job after that. Hit Edit to reorder your skies, rename them, or clear out the ones you've gone off.
  • NewA Sky Position slider for your saved skies, so you choose which part of the sky ends up in the shot — the warm band near the horizon for glow behind the rooflines, or higher up for a deeper, darker sky overhead.
  • ImprovedSky / Twilight now asks you outright which way you want to work: pick one of the six sky characters and have one painted for you, or hand over one of your own sky photos. It's one or the other, and the panel only ever shows you the settings that apply.
  • FixedPhotos keep their shape when you use one of your own skies as the reference. Handing over a second picture could quietly change the frame of the finished shot — a wide exterior coming back cropped. The original photo's proportions are now locked in.

  • NewSave your own retouch presets. Write the job once — “Rubbish clean: find debris and bins, remove them and tidy the area” — and it's waiting in the Retouch tools every time you open a photo. Tick several at once and they run as a single edit.
  • NewA custom prompt box in the Retouch tools: describe a one-off change in plain English and it happens. Behind it, a model looks at the photo first, then works out how your words apply to what's actually in that shot before the edit runs.
  • NewDraw on a photo and say what should happen there. Circle, box or scribble over anything, add a note to each mark, and only the marked areas are touched — everything else in the photo is left pixel-identical.
  • ImprovedEvery AI tool now offers a straight choice: absorb the cost yourself, or add it to the client's invoice for that order. Both buttons say exactly what the figure is and where it goes, and the technical detail behind them is gone.
  • NewYour available edit balance now sits at the bottom of the tools panel while you work, with a Top up button beside it. Topping up takes you to secure checkout and brings you straight back to the photo you were editing.
  • ImprovedPhotos now fill the editing window. The editor used to cap the image at a fixed size regardless of your screen — on a large monitor you were working on a small picture surrounded by grey. It now scales to whatever space the window gives it.
  • FixedThe AI now actually looks at your photo before editing it. The step that studies the image and describes what's in it had stopped working, so every edit was running blind on the instruction alone. Staging, twilight, item removal, grass greening and touch-ups all get the benefit.
  • ImprovedSelecting and downloading files now works folder by folder. On an order's Production tab, every RAW folder has its own Select all, Download and Actions — so ticking everything in Drone leaves the photographer's folder alone, and Download grabs just that folder as a zip. Nothing ticked? Download takes the whole folder in one go.
  • NewEach media type on the Delivery tab now has its own Select all and Download. Grab all the photos without pulling the video along, or the other way around — and each download arrives as its own named zip.

  • FixedTime blocks no longer cast an "Unavailable" ghost on the calendar. A block synced to your Google or Outlook calendar was being reflected back by that calendar's busy feed and painted a second time on the same slot — the calendar now recognises its own events in the feed and shows each block exactly once. Genuinely-external appointments still appear as before.
  • NewA shoot booked before a client's plan started can now be counted toward their current month. Open the order, and the plan panel above the invoice offers “Count toward this plan” — it uses one of their included listings and marks the invoice as covered by the plan, so they're never billed twice. Changed your mind? Remove puts it back.
  • FixedPlan allowances now count shoots, not services. A job that drew two things off the same plan — say photos and a teaser video — was using up two of the month's included listings instead of one, so a five-listing plan could run out after two bookings. One shoot now counts as one listing, however many plan services it includes.
  • FixedThe used/remaining figure on a subscription could jump between two different numbers on refresh. Plans started by card payment were opening two counters for the same month; there's now only ever one.

Each block carries a pencil and an × in its corner — the × was there but did nothing on touchscreens, because a tap that drifted even slightly was treated as a scroll. Both buttons now respond first time, on iPads and touch laptops as well as with a mouse, and they're bigger targets on touch.
  • ImprovedThe mobile job page for photographers got a tidy-up. The Details, Briefing and Payout tabs now sit right under the map instead of floating over the bottom of the screen, the services booked for the shoot appear near the top at a glance, and the gear and shot-list checklists fold away neatly — tap to open the one you need.
  • FixedVideo editors and other production team members now get an in-app and email notification the moment a job is assigned to them. Previously only photographers booked onto a shoot were notified — editing work assigned directly could sit unnoticed until they happened to check their board.

As you choose a start time while booking, the forecast switches to the conditions for that exact hour — temperature, wind, rain chance and cloud cover at your shoot time, with the time marked on the hour-by-hour graph.   • FixedThe little × for removing a time block from the Schedule page is back. It was only appearing when hovered with a mouse, which left it unreachable on iPads and touch-screen laptops — it now shows on every block, on every device.
  • FixedFollowing on from that × fix, we swept the whole platform for buttons with the same problem — and found over fifty. Deleting, editing and downloading controls, photo selection ticks, calendar resize handles and more only appeared when hovered with a mouse, leaving them unreachable on iPads and touch-screen laptops. Every one of them now shows automatically on touch devices, while mouse users keep the tidy reveal-on-hover look.
  • ImprovedThe whole platform is faster today. We traced this afternoon's sluggishness to a few compounding causes — busy screens re-checking the database far more often than needed, and big photo uploads hogging the server's processing power — and fixed all of them. Pages, chat badges and notifications now stay snappy even while a large shoot is uploading.
  • ImprovedWeb-size photo downloads are near-instant after the first one. Each web copy is now prepared once and kept, so grabbing it again — or downloading a whole shoot as a web-size zip — no longer re-processes every photo from scratch.
  • FixedCancelled and postponed shoots no longer keep sending reminders. Previously, if an appointment was cancelled or put on hold after being booked, clients could still receive the pre-shoot 'confirm your details' text and email as if the shoot were going ahead — those now stop the moment the appointment does.
  • FixedDeleting a booking or a whole order now properly clears the shoot from everyone's calendars — the photographer's Google or Outlook calendar and the client's emailed calendar invite both drop the event, instead of leaving a ghost appointment that kept popping up reminders.

  • FixedUploading raw photos can no longer create duplicate copies. If Upload was pressed again while the first press was still being confirmed, or the same files were dropped in twice, each photo could be recorded several times over — inflating the photo count and the bracket stacks in the upload wizard. Every file now lands exactly once, however many times it's sent.
  • FixedRemoving a line item from an order's Billing tab works again. Clicking the bin on a service that already had photos uploaded against it looked like it did nothing — the item now comes off the invoice straight away, and any photos stay with the order.
  • NewExtra agents can now be taken off an order with one click. Hover over an agent's circle at the top of the order and press the small × to remove them — no more digging around to find the option.
  • NewStaff can now add extra photos to a finished order straight from the leftover raws. A new "Add from RAWs" button on the Delivery tab opens the shoot's unused photos — pick the ones worth editing, choose whether the client is charged for them (an invoice is raised automatically if so), and send them to your in-house editors or your connected editing service in one step. The order moves back into production and the finished photos land in the client's gallery like any other delivery.
  • FixedOrders now show as In Production again while extra raw photos are being edited. Previously, when a client purchased additional edits on a delivered shoot, the order kept saying Delivered even though new work was underway.

  • NewTime blocks drawn on the calendar now appear in your connected Google or Outlook calendar too. Block out an appointment, some editing time or a day off in Locium and it lands in your own calendar within moments — move, rename or delete the block and your calendar follows. Connecting a calendar also brings your upcoming blocks across automatically.
  • FixedRemoving a time block from the calendar now works everywhere. The X on a block (and Delete inside its editor) previously relied on a browser pop-up that some setups quietly swallow, leaving the button doing nothing. Deleting is now instant — and if you slip, an Undo button in the confirmation message puts the block straight back.

  • FixedPhotos you upload yourself now always stay put when outsourced edits arrive. If an edited file came back carrying the same name as a photo already added to the order by hand, it could quietly take that photo's place in the gallery — edits now land alongside your own uploads instead, and only replace an earlier version of the same outsourced edit.

  • NewShoots that span more than one photo date are now handled cleanly in the upload wizard. Photos already sent for editing sit in their own green "Sent" panel — with the date, reference and file count — locked so they can never ride along on another submission. New photos land in a clearly separate "New set" area, where you pick what to send and where, and submit them as their own job.
  • FixedThe upload progress tray no longer slides underneath the wizard's header — its collapse button stays reachable while a batch is uploading.
  • FixedDelivering two videos for one property now shows both. When an editor sent through a landscape cut and a vertical cut together, the second could be filed as a new version of the first — so staff opened the order and found a single video. Each cut is now recognised as its own deliverable, and videos are named by their actual shape and length, while a genuine re-edit of the same cut still versions properly.
  • FixedRemoving the newest version of a file no longer hides the earlier ones. Deleting the most recent cut of a video could take every previous version out of view at once — the version before it now steps back in as the current one.
  • FixedEditors can now reach jobs on orders that have already been delivered. When a shoot's photos went out first, the video still to be edited disappeared from the editor's board, leaving raw footage sitting there with no way in. Unfinished work now stays on the board until that item itself is delivered.

  • FixedVideo-heavy shoots no longer knock the platform over. Processing a large video — a long final edit, or a big batch of raw clips — could briefly restart the service mid-task, and one restart today interrupted a delivery going out. Videos of any size are now handled without that risk, so uploads, processing and deliveries carry on uninterrupted.
  • FixedDelivery and listing links now keep working after the shoot goes back into production. Ordering a video re-edit (or any other post-delivery work) used to make the client's download page and public listing site say the media was unavailable until the job was finished again — the links now stay live the whole time, showing everything already delivered.
  • ImprovedSupport messages now reach the Locium team the moment you send them. Starting a chat with support — from the website or inside the app — alerts a human straight away, even when the assistant answers you first, so real follow-up comes faster.
  • NewThe staff dashboard now shows your subscription income at a glance. Anyone with finance access sees the total recurring revenue per month, plus every active plan with who holds it, what it costs, and when it next renews — past-due and cancelling plans are flagged so nothing slips.
  • NewThe order Activity Log is now a complete notification trail. Every text and email that goes out for an order — booking invites, pre-shoot check-ins, payment reminders, time-change requests and system notifications — is recorded with who received it, when, and whether it arrived, so you can see at a glance exactly what a client has been told. Failed sends show up too, with the reason.
  • FixedRaw photo storage countdowns now start when the job is finished, not when the photos were uploaded. An order that spent a long time in production could reach delivery with its storage window already used up — raws are now kept for the full retention period after delivery, as intended.

  • ImprovedThe production board is far easier to scan. Every order is now a single line — expand it to see the photos, video, floor plan and drone items underneath, or tick the whole order at once for bulk moves. The list is organised for action too: overdue shoots sit at the top, then yesterday's (due for delivery), today's, and what's coming up, so it's obvious what needs clearing first.
  • FixedA photo tile that failed to preview no longer stays broken. The "thumbnail failed" card was being cached by your browser for an hour, so a shoot could keep looking broken long after the pictures were actually there — tiles now show the real thumbnail as soon as it exists.
  • ImprovedRaw photo thumbnails in the upload wizard now appear in well under a second each, instead of five to nine. Every raw carries a preview picture inside it, and we now read just that from the file rather than pulling the whole 100MB raw back out of storage and re-developing it — about twenty times quicker, so a full shoot is ready to approve or reject almost as soon as it finishes uploading. Tiles also fill themselves in as each photo finishes, with no need to refresh.
  • ImprovedThe post-production wizard now runs straight through your jobs. Submitting the last item on an order pushes it into production and moves you to the next job in the queue — no summary screen to click past between orders — and leaving the wizard puts you back on the orders board, including when you hit your browser's back button.
  • ImprovedSending more or fewer photos than a job calls for is now a single Approve — no explanation to type. The order's activity log records who approved it and by how much, so the trail is still there without slowing the upload run down.
  • ImprovedThe wizard now warns you when an item has already been sent to an outsourced editor, with the date, reference and file count. Each submission is a separate paid job at their end, so it says plainly that submitting again creates a second order — files already sent are still skipped automatically.
  • FixedYour business hours now actually apply to online booking. The days and hours set in Settings → Booking were being saved but not used, so clients could book a shoot on a day you'd switched off — a Saturday, say — or at 7am when you open at 9. Days you're closed no longer appear as bookable, and each open day only offers times inside the hours you've set. Blocked-out days on your holiday list are honoured the same way.

  • ImprovedEvery setting now belongs to your agency alone. Behind the scenes, several business settings — booking rules, business hours, tax and invoice preferences, blocked-out days — were shared platform-wide; they're now stored per-agency, so your configuration is yours and nobody else's.
  • NewYour terms & conditions can now appear on the booking page. Add a link or paste the text in Settings → Billing, switch them on, and clients see "By booking you agree to the terms & conditions" right at the confirm step.

  • FixedChoosing an editing style in the post-production upload wizard is no longer all-or-nothing. Where a service has several editing options mapped to it — 2D floor plans, for example, with and without a site plan — ticking one used to tick every option in the group, and the job could be sent off as the wrong style. Each option now stands on its own: pick the single one you need, or tick several to have them all produced.
  • FixedShoot addresses in your calendar are now tappable for directions. Calendar apps used to have to guess the location from the address text, and Apple Maps regularly came up blank on newer estates and rural properties — leaving the address sitting there as dead text. Every booking now carries its exact map pin, so one tap on the event opens straight into Maps. Provider and staff calendar events also get a Directions link in the notes, which works in every calendar app on any phone.

  • ImprovedInvoices now come with standard 14-day payment terms. New invoices — including the copy that lands in your Xero — are due 14 days from the day they're raised, instead of due on receipt. You can pick different default terms any time in Settings → Billing.
  • FixedThe Messages bubble in the client portal and the upload progress tray no longer sit on top of pop-up windows on phones — Save and Done buttons stay tappable while either is on screen.
  • FixedLeaving an internal note on a delivered video works properly now. Videos in the note's media picker show a real preview frame instead of a blank tile, the picked video plays right inside the note dialog, and the support chat bubble no longer sits on top of the Save button on phones.
  • ImprovedText notes on photo and video markups are much easier to work with: click a note to select it and drag it anywhere, use the Edit and Delete buttons that appear right on it, or double-click to change the wording — and clicking near an existing note no longer drops a second one on top of it.
  • FixedAccidental text notes no longer pile up when marking up photos and videos — a note closed without any text removes itself, and a selected note can be deleted with one tap or the Delete key.
  • NewWatermarked photos now download in two sizes, just like your regular photos: full resolution for print, or a lighter web version sized for listing portals and social media. The two buttons are on every watermarked photo — on the listing page, in your client portal, and on shared listing links.
  • NewNeed every watermarked photo at once? The Download all menu now offers watermarked bundles too — full resolution or web-sized — wherever downloads live, and the client portal's watermarked section has one-click All full and All web buttons.
  • ImprovedBuying extra edited photos from your gallery now understands bracketed shots. The raw photos are grouped into stacks exactly as they were captured — each stack counts (and is priced) as one finished photo, and a ×5 badge lets you peek at every exposure in the set before you buy.
  • FixedBracket stacks in the upload wizard now work with Canon raw files (CR3). Yesterday's stacking feature relied on photo data that Canon's raw format hides from standard readers, so Canon shoots still showed every frame separately — the wizard now reads Canon raws natively, and photo data on recent uploads has been filled in so existing jobs stack correctly too.
  • FixedOnline booking no longer blocks you with "not enough time" on a day that's actually free. Picking a time briefly reserves it while you finish booking — and that reservation was mistakenly counting against you when you chose your shoot, pushing you from slot to slot across an empty day. Your own reservation is now ignored, and changing your mind about a time releases the old one instantly.
  • NewCan't find a time that fits? Every day on the booking page now has a Request morning / Request afternoon option — and if your shoot needs longer than the slot you picked, you can keep your preferred time as a request instead of being forced to move. Requested times are flagged for the team to confirm with you.
  • NewCustom provider payouts for products inside a package. The package editor's Payout tab now lists every included product — type a dollar amount and anyone delivering that product as part of the package is paid exactly that, or leave it blank to keep their normal rate on the product's share of the package price. Payouts only — the package price your clients see never changes.
  • FixedThe team switcher at the top of the client portal is now a single proper button under the hood — friendlier to keyboards and screen readers.

  • NewThe upload wizard now recognises bracketed exposure sets automatically. Photos shot as a bracket (say five exposures of the same room) collapse into a single stack showing the base exposure, with a ×5 badge you can click to see every frame — while drone shots and other singles stay separate. Photo counts finally reflect real deliverables: a mixed shoot of brackets and singles reads as the true number of finished photos, and selecting a stack selects the whole set in one click.
  • ImprovedOutsourced editing orders are billed on the true number of finished photos: bracketed sets count once and singles count once, even in mixed shoots — no more over- or under-counted editing quantities.
  • NewA safety net now stops the same photos being sent to outsourced editing twice. If files on an order were already submitted, the wizard skips them and tells you — so an accidental double-submit can't double your editing bill.
  • ImprovedProfile pictures now follow people everywhere: photographers and team members show their real photo on the calendar, production boards, order pages, conversations and reports — and client pictures appear in chat and notes — instead of falling back to initials.
  • FixedDrag-and-drop uploads are steadier: upload areas no longer flicker while you hold files over them, and a drop that lands just outside the box can no longer open the files in your browser or send them to your Downloads folder — anywhere in the app.

  • NewChoose how new bookings are spread across your team with three new assignment modes: send everything to one lead shooter until their week hits a dollar target, rotate bookings evenly across the team, or set daily and weekly booking caps per person. Find it under Settings → Booking Form.
  • ImprovedThe booking page no longer offers times that are already in the past or too soon to honour — your minimum-notice setting is now enforced, so the next available time shown is one you can actually deliver.

  • FixedRAW files are now only ever cleared once a job is finished. The retention clock used to run purely from the upload date, so a job still in production could lose its RAW files while an editor was still working on them. Unedited RAWs on any job that is still open now stay put, however long the job takes.
  • FixedDeleting a photo now removes every copy of it — the original plus the preview and thumbnail versions. Previously the smaller copies were left behind in storage, quietly counting against your space.
  • ImprovedYour storage figure on Data & Storage is accurate again. Space freed by deleting files or by the automatic RAW clear-out is now credited straight back to your total.
  • FixedThe Data & Storage page was quoting the wrong retention period to everyone. It now shows the actual number of days your plan keeps RAW files, and explains that the countdown starts from upload and only applies once a job is delivered, completed or cancelled.

  • NewEvery client's profile now has a live Billing & Finance tab: all their invoices in one place with paid, unpaid and overdue at a glance, plus running totals — no more jumping to the invoices list to see where an account stands.
  • NewCompany pages roll every agent's invoices up into one billing view, with a column showing which agent each invoice belongs to — perfect for offices where one person pays for the whole team.
  • NewDownload any invoice as a PDF or email a copy to the client in one click — from the billing tab or from the invoice itself. Tick several invoices to grab them all as a single ZIP, or email the lot in one go.
  • NewGenerate a Statement of Account on demand — a tidy PDF of an agent's or a whole office's invoices for any date range, grouped per agent with totals and balance due. Download it, or email it straight to the client or the office's finance contact.
  • NewMark any product as not time-based — perfect for virtual staging, 3D conversions, virtual renovations and other work done off-site. Flip the new Time-based service toggle off when adding or editing a product and its duration no longer pads the appointment: booking times on the calendar, the order form's on-site total and the public booking page all count only the services that actually put someone at the property.

  • NewVideo reviews now run as a proper loop on the production board. Mark up a video with change notes and the job moves to a new Changes Requested stage on the Video board, with the whole order flagged Requires Action — so a video waiting on revisions can never sit unnoticed.
  • NewYour video editor hears about revisions the moment you ask for them — an alert and email with your notes, and a Videos Needing Changes lane on their dashboard showing exactly what to fix on each job. When they re-submit a new cut, it lands straight back in Quality Review for your approval.
  • ImprovedThe whole review loop stays in-house: from first cut to final sign-off, clients hear nothing about a video until you approve it.
  • ImprovedReports got a big accuracy pass. Reports now open on the Order Overview, and the weekly view always runs Monday to Sunday — pick This Week and you see exactly what the week is worth.
  • NewPick any date range in two clicks: open the calendar on the reports page, click a start day, click an end day, done — no more fiddling with two separate date boxes.
  • NewThe CSV and PDF buttons on every report now work. CSV downloads a spreadsheet-ready file of exactly what is on screen — summary, tables, the lot — and PDF prints just the report, no sidebar or menus.
  • ImprovedWeekly revenue now tells the truth about subscription work: shoots covered by a client's plan are counted at the plan's per-booking rate instead of showing as $0, so subscription bookings and one-off jobs add up to your real week.
  • FixedThe Mileage report was showing zero for every provider. It now calculates real driving routes for each day — from home, job to job, and back home — with total distance, total drive time and vehicle cost per provider.
  • ImprovedRevenue & Profit now walks the whole money trail: how much work was booked in, how much has been invoiced, how much is paid, what is still outstanding, and how much of the booked work is actually delivered.
  • FixedReports always show your live numbers now — a report that could not load used to quietly fall back to sample data that looked real.
  • FixedChat in the provider mobile app now actually loads your conversations and sends messages, with the same Chat / Change requests / Notifications filter as the desktop.
  • FixedUnlocking a client's account now unlocks the jobs they already have. Switching off Content Locked used to apply only to future bookings, so a client you had just put on payment terms was still staring at a payment wall on work already delivered. The setting now carries across their existing orders — and re-applies if you switch the lock back on.
  • FixedIf you run a branded site, every invoice and payment link now opens on your site — clients are no longer bounced to a generic login page that has nothing to do with you. That covers payment reminders, the return trip from a card payment, and subscription confirmations.
  • FixedDownloading an invoice as a PDF now works on invoices that are not tied to a single job, such as monthly statements and subscription charges — they pull the proper PDF from your accounting system like every other invoice.
  • NewSent a message by mistake? You can now delete your own messages in Conversations — hover the message, hit the bin, confirm, and it disappears from the thread for everyone.
  • NewFix a typo before anyone sees it: your own messages can be edited while they are still unread. Once the other person has read it, the edit option goes away and only delete remains.
  • NewMake your own folders for raw files. On an order's Production tab you can now create folders — BRAW, Proxies, Drone, whatever suits the shoot — upload straight into them, and move files between them, instead of being stuck with one folder per product.
  • NewYour photographers and video editors see those same raw folders in their own portal, so they can find the right footage without asking, and file their own uploads where they belong.
  • NewVideos now need your approval before a client can see them. When an editor uploads a finished video it waits on the Delivery tab marked Awaiting QC — so a video can no longer go out on the back of an unrelated delivery, like a corrected floor plan. Watch it, hit Approve, and it goes with the next delivery.
  • ImprovedVideos show their opening frame on the Delivery tab instead of a blank grey tile, so you can tell at a glance which video is which.
  • NewRe-upload a video and it becomes version 2 of the same file rather than a second copy sitting beside the first. The version is in the name and on the tile, and every earlier cut is kept.
  • NewChoose how you download: full resolution, or a lighter web version sized for portals and email. Available on every delivery screen, for the whole order or just the files you tick. Set your own web size limit under Settings → Delivery.
  • NewVendors can download from the listing link you send them — full resolution or the web version — without needing an account. Only delivered photos, and nothing downloads while an order is on payment hold.
  • FixedBooking a return visit no longer locks uploads on a job that has already been shot. Uploads now open at the first appointment, so the photos from visit one can go up while a re-shoot is still in the diary.
  • FixedReschedule and booking-confirmation emails now show the correct time. An 11am shoot was going out to clients as 1am — the time in the email was being written in UTC instead of your local time. The attached calendar invite was always right; now the email matches it.
  • FixedDouble-booking warnings now quote the clash in your local time. When you scheduled over an existing job, the warning named a time nobody recognised — a 9am shoot came up as 11pm — so a genuine clash looked like a glitch.
  • NewBook a job for someone on a team and their whole team comes with it — nobody has to be added by hand. Whoever you pick is on the order from the moment you choose them, and you can drop anyone who shouldn't be there before you book.
  • NewEveryone on a job now gets the calendar invite, not just the person who booked it. A co-listing agent gets the shoot in their own calendar, and it moves in place when the time changes.
  • ImprovedPre-shoot reminder texts and emails now reach the whole team, so whoever holds the lockbox code can answer — not just the agent whose name is on the invoice.
  • ImprovedClients booking for themselves see their team already included, with a note explaining they will get the invite, the updates and the finished media. Anyone can still be unticked.
  • NewTeams can be renamed after you create them. An office that changes its name, or a team you named in a hurry, no longer has to be deleted and rebuilt from scratch — the members stay put.
  • ImprovedDeleting a team now asks you to confirm first, and tells you how many people are in it. The people themselves stay on as clients — only the grouping goes.
  • NewConversations now separate the actual conversation from the noise. Every thread opens on Chat, with Change requests and Notifications a click away, so status updates and item changes no longer bury what someone actually said to you. Same three tabs for your team, your photographers and your clients.

  • NewJump to any date on the schedule: click the date at the top of the calendar to open a month picker and go straight to that day or week, instead of clicking forward one step at a time. Works for both your team and your photographers.
  • ImprovedPre-shoot form alerts now arrive with the answers in them — the property, the agent, and every detail the client filled in, from the lockbox code to parking and pets — so nobody has to open the job to find out what was said.
  • ImprovedChange-request alerts now name the property, the agent and the item being changed, and quote the request itself — in the subject line as well as the body.
  • ImprovedClients get the full story on their change requests too: status updates and completion emails now name the property and repeat what was asked for.
